Richard Georgi is a Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Alpine Grove Partners. Mr. Georgi is responsible for the Firm’s strategic direction and new investment initiatives and is the Chairman of the Investment Committee. Mr. Georgi has actively invested internationally in real estate private equity for over 30 years.
Upon founding Soros Real Estate in April 1999, Mr. Georgi became responsible for Soros’s worldwide real estate related investments. He subsequently spun the business out to become Alpine Grove Partners. Prior to his career at Soros, Mr. Georgi was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs, where he was in charge of the European investment activities of the Whitehall Street Real Estate Funds and served as a member of the Whitehall Investment Committee.
Mr. Georgi received a Master’s in Business Administration, with distinction, from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Economics, Cum Laude, from Williams College.Back to all
